Our mission and vision is to provide an amazing personalized and comprehensive dental experience for our patients. We strive to provide 5-star care to all of our patients. By creating value for our patients, we are able to thrive without focusing on volume.Benefits based on full time employment will be pro-rated for part time employmentProcedure based bonus system1 hour scheduled per patient, 1.5 hours for new patients and scaling.Great culture and work environmentWindows in every treatment roomFour-day work week (every other Monday 8-1, Tuesday 9-5, Wednesday 8-4Thursday 9-5, every other Friday 8-2) We take every other Friday and Monday off resulting in 4 day weekends every other weekend. For example we work Monday through Thursday one week and Tuesday through Friday the following week.Two four-day weekends per month4 Weeks paid vacationRequirementsLicensed in dental hygiene in ColoradoAmazing clinical and diagnostic skillsMagnification such as loupesDedication to ideal patient care and comfortSolid understanding and core belief in periodontal health and patient’s general healthExcellent communication skillsLaser certification is a plus but not mandatory.Our practice is in downtown Broomfield in a medical professional building with wall to wall glass in each of our treatment rooms.
