Responsibilities

Prepare patients for treatment and ensure their comfort throughout appointments
Perform prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, sealant application, and fluoride treatments
Administer nitrous oxide
Take and process dental radiographs
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care
Maintain accurate patient records
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
Set up and maintain treatment rooms
Assist with scheduling and other patient care needs as necessary

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in Arkansas
Local Anesthesia license required
CPR certification
Graduate of an ADA-accredited Dental Hygiene program
Experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of dental software and basic computer skills
Detail-oriented, dependable, and team-focused
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
