RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive preventive and periodontal care Perform periodontal charting and assessments Take digital radiographs and iTero scanning Educate patients regarding oral health and treatment recommendations Collaborate with doctors and team members to ensure exceptional patient care Maintain accurate clinical documentation Follow OSHA and infection control protocols Build long-term relationships with patients
QUALIFICATIONS Active Arizona Dental Hygiene License Local Anesthesia Certification optional Current CPR Certification Excellent communication and patient education skills Strong attention to detail Positive and professional attitude Experience with Dentrix software preferred
